Don't miss the SCEF Student Concert, rides and attractions on Madsen and Flanagan Fields, food vendors, beer and wine hosted by the Parks & Recreation Foundation of San Carlos, cozy fire pits, and a closing performance by Mercy & The Heartbeats!

Live performances on both stages, beer and wine sales, excellent food vendors, a fatastic marketplace of local vendors and artisans, rides and attractions, and so much more!
✨New this year: SCEF and Charter School host a Derby on Arroyo Avenue directly follopwing the Parade! This student-run, parent-led project will be at Hometown Days for the first time this year after four years on the Charter School campus! 
✨Also new for 2026: In addition to the traditional marketplace vendor booths, the Youth Center is hosting a Youth Vendor Marketplace! Youth entrepreneurs will host sales booths in three-hour shifts from 10:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Hometown Days Fun Run
Sunday, May 17, 8:30 a.m.
This family-friendly Fun Run is followed by a Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Rotary Club of San Carlos, held in Les Mundell Grove. The Pet Palooza returns on Sunday at 10:30 a.m., in front of the Madsen Field stage! While the Pet Palooza judges deliberate, Fun Run awards will be announced on the Madsen Field stage immediately followed by Pet Palooza award winners.
