Prepared Childbirth Class

Join us for the Prepared Childbirth Method class—designed to help expectant parents feel confident, informed, and empowered as they prepare for labor, delivery, and life with a newborn.

This 2-part series provides both physical and psychological preparation for childbirth.

Topics included:

• Anatomy and physiology of labor
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Pain management options, including medications and fetal monitoring
• Introduction to breastfeeding and newborn care
