You’ll learn the fundamentals of Judo, including techniques from both standing and ground positions, all taught by experienced female black belt instructors. No prior experience or uniform is required—just come as you are!

After the training, stay and socialize with fellow participants while enjoying light snacks and refreshments.

❤️ All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to For Her, a San Antonio nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in our community.
