In this workshop, we’ll cover:

• Nutrition and meal planning tips to stabilize blood sugar
• Safe ways to stay active during pregnancy
• What to expect during labor and delivery with gestational diabetes
• How to monitor blood sugar levels and communicate with your care team

Who can attend:This virtual workshop is only open to individuals who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Partners are welcome to join with you for support.
