As you and your teammates produce this traditional dish that is perfect for feeding the family or casual entertaining, you'll pick up tips on creating a flavorful base - the soffritto - and discover the secret to forming the socarrat or crunchy rice that develops on the bottom of the pan. While the paella simmers, you'll make and enjoy a a tasty dip and perfect your skills at making caramel and a unique flan. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.
