Hosted on Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera, February's event will feature two pro-led fitness classes by F45 Training and a local wellness fair. After the sweat, join our community social at Roca & Martillo for an exclusive $25 3-course brunch spread, including a complimentary mimosa for guests 21+. 

While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, space is limited. Please RSVP today to secure your spot and join the rockFit community!

What to Know:

?Entry and parking to rockFit is FREE for all ages. 

? The First 50 people in attendance can visit the Frost Bank Center table for a free crossbody clear bag!
