I’m working on making your tumblers and preparing all the materials. As a mental health therapist that specializes in working with moms, I know how much we need the time to step away and do something fun for ourselves. Maybe even add it as a challenge, because motherhood is so often surrounded by high expectations and perfectionism. 

This is an opportunity to come out and connect with other moms, create and have fun. This is the opportunity you have to venture out of your comfort zone, to ask for that help or accept the childcare offer, to sit in the discomfort of doing for you and slowing your day down. 

I cannot wait to see you there & witness what you create for yourself. Remember that it’s okay to do something for you. 

As both a therapist and potter, I look forward to serving you and bringing this event to you, because I know how hard you work to love and care for all.
