This class is an invitation to soften, listen inward, and explore what it means to meet life with a more open heart. Through simple teachings, gentle qigong warm-ups, guided meditation, and quiet reflection, you’ll be supported in bringing awareness to the heart space — not as an abstract idea, but as a felt experience in the body.

Many of us move through life carrying layers of protection, tension, grief, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Over time, these layers can make it harder to feel connected to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. This class offers a grounded space to pause, breathe, and begin creating a deeper relationship with your inner world.

During this 90-minute experience, you’ll be guided into practices that support heart opening, emotional awareness, and a more conscious connection between the body, mind, and spirit. The intention is not to force anything open, but to create the conditions for presence, clarity, and gentle inner softening.

This experience is open to all levels. No prior meditation, qigong, or energy work experience is required — only a willingness to be present and curious.
