This February and March, Teatro Audaz proudly presents our Nuestras Historias New Play Workshop — a creative incubator dedicated to uplifting Latinx/Latine playwrights from San Antonio and developing bold, original short plays rooted in culture, heritage, identity, and community resistance.

From first drafts to workshops and public staged readings, Nuestras Historias centers fearless storytelling — amplifying voices often underrepresented in mainstream theatre and celebrating the vibrant cultura of San Antonio. Many of these works continue on to full productions and Festival Audaz stages.
