Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor as you learn how to make three popular pasta shapes: Fettuccine, Farfalle & Orecchiette pasta. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a Fresh Alfredo Sauce as well as a Mushroom, Parsley, Parmesan sauce. Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
