We're bringing the calming sounds of the vibrations to you with Audrey, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist for our next Sound Healing Event. **This event is limited to 14 participants.

This month’s sound healing experience is here to give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly unwind. We’ll begin with gentle movement and stretching to help release tension from the body, followed by grounding breath work with high quality essential oils to ease you more fully into a state of relaxation and presence.

From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to quiet the mind, soothe the body, and support deep rest. This experience is especially supportive if you’ve been craving peace of mind, or simply in need of a reset. Come cozy, exhale the week, and allow yourself time to receive.

Reserve your spot and give yourself this moment of rest. Wear comfy warm clothes, bring your yoga mat, blanket, and socks. We have bolsters and yoga blankets.

The singing bowls that Audrey from Blue Elephant Vibes uses for each session have been hand crafted and are of the highest quality. While been hand hammered they have been infused with ancient mantras and prayers thus each piece contains hundreds of prayers offering high vibration and spiritual energy.
