The summer heat can deplete us, mind, body and spirit, leaving us craving for refreshment, relief and restoration. Give yourself the gift of an evening that will restore your energy, restore your joy and prepare you for the Fall. 

Join us for Openhearted Oasis, a women’s gathering designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften your nervous system, awaken your radiance, and celebrate the beauty of being together in community.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, move freely, laugh openly, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath stress, busyness, or responsibility.

✨ What to Expect ✨
? Gentle heart-opening connection with a cacao ceremony
? Freeform movement inspired by the 5 Rhythms
? Reflection and authentic conversation
? Nervous system nourishment and restoration with a mini-session of Yoga Nidra by 9D Breathwork
? Joy, laughter, softness, and feminine community

The movement portion of the evening is not choreographed dancing or performance-based in any way. There are no steps to learn and no dance experience is needed. Participants are simply invited to move in whatever way feels natural and supportive to their body in the moment.

This practice is about freedom, self-expression, presence, emotional release, and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body in a safe and supportive environment.

Women of every age and every experience level is welcome.
