🐒 Does your monkey mind keep chattering when you try to relax? Come soothe your mind and relax into comfort.

Deepen Your Zen offers a mindful relaxation experience in a small group setting with guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki healing energy to help reduce stress and bring a deep sense of tranquility and wellbeing. This is an ideal class for those who struggle with meditating, and yet wish to rebalance their mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to a guided meditation by Laura, this class will offer a highly immersive experience: a 5min sample of 9D Breathwork, featuring a multi-dimensional soundscape through noise-cancelling headphones.🎧🩵🎧🩵🎧

This 75min class is open to everyone. No meditation experience necessary. Class is LIMITED TO ONLY 12 SPOTS.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
