With a heart for ministry, Tara’s approach is deeply personal, shaped by her own journey of redemption and faith. Through her non-profit and various ministries, Tara creates welcoming, supportive spaces where women can find encouragement, guidance, and lasting friendships that nurture spiritual growth. Through her work, she seeks to share God’s boundless love, inspire hope, and bring healing to hurting hearts. For Tara, ministry is more than just a mission; it is the fulfillment of a God-given calling to walk alongside others and help transform lives for His glory.

She is the visionary and founder of the Women's Global Support Network (WGSN), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to uplifting and empowering women through faith-based ministry. This dynamic network includes three key branches that reflect Tara’s heart for encouraging women worldwide. "The Girl Read Your Bible Study Group," an online global ministry, inspires women to grow in their faith and understanding of the Bible. The "Psalm 91 Initiative" offers comfort, hope, and support to those affected by church-hurt-related trauma. The "Central Texas Women's Bible Fellowship" is a thriving community of women coming together to study scripture and support one another in their faith journey.
