A 75 min long journey through your body sensations, from a place of guided meditation, to melting into Restorative Yoga, where you will receive gentle reiki touch (either physical or energetic, as you wish) as you relax into a restorative posture. Jósa will use support from sound in these classes and make sure you get home to bed in a pretty relaxed state, filling the rest of your week with ease and much tenderness.
