In 2023, looking to evolve and grow in her career, Dana founded and launched her own art business, called Ms. Merrill Makes! Inspired by a youtube channel she created during the pandemic to make art accessible during distance learning, Dana is now bringing the joy of art to children and adults in the Bay Area through various engaging art experiences with Ms. Merrill Makes. Art lessons, specialty workshops, paint parties, tie dye classes, and face painting are some of the many fun arts enrichment offerings that Ms. Merrill Makes currently provides. Her work focuses on helping to find each artist's unique skills & strengths to build their confidence and instill a love for art and creativity.About SCRAPWe at SCRAP breathe new life into old arts & crafts supplies and reduce waste by diverting over 200 tons of materials heading to landfill every year.
