Xavier's visual art will also be on exhibit in our Art Gallery. Admission is free.

Join us for an end-of-the-year party just before the reading, 5p – 6p, with pan dulce, hot chocolate, coffee, and wine.

And you can take our end-of-the-year survey to enter our 2022 raffle. We will have a drawing for a copy of each featured author from this year, and you will help shape next year's lineup. Winner must be present.

This is our last session for our Texas Author Series for the year, but this demonstrates not only all of local artist Xavier Garza's gifts from painting to writing to teaching, this also demonstrates the vision of our Latino Bookstore-bringing national talent to our community, to inspire the entire nation.

Join us to hear him read from his new book, talk about his inspirations, and answer your questions. You can then purchase his book, get your copy signed, get a picture with Xavier and then tour his art exhibit.

This is a great way to launch or replenish your family library.

The evening is hosted by Tony Diaz, El Librotraficante, Literary Curator of our Latino Bookstore. He helped Xavier get his first book published. Now, the duo is united once again to take Our Voices to the next level.

Visiting writers are available for possible school visits to grammar, middle, and high schools, colleges, and universities.
All purchases help support The Latino Bookstore and The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center. You are also supporting Our Voices, Our Terms on Our Terms.

The Latino Bookstore is open from 10 am to 4 pm on Tuesday through Saturday.
