Body and mind are inseparable. Being in the body is a state of mind. Physical interaction is an exchange of information perceived through awareness, not thinking. We notice changes in body and space, release reflexes, and allow the body to organize movement.
We play with our bodies and the space between them. Nothing new needs to be created—we work with what is already there. Play is a dialogue between body and mind.
The workshop focuses on balance within and between bodies. Finding and losing balance is central to movement, giving rise to falls, flights, weight exchange, and support. Losing balance becomes a resource for discovery.
We explore internal body connections to move and interact with less effort, and we play with freedom and choice in each moment. There is no right or wrong—only what is happening.
The workshop is open to all experience levels.
