Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mom’s Hub Workshops

We understand that plans can change and try to be as accommodating as possible. However, as we prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

• Up to 7 days before the workshop → Full refund or option to transfer your spot to another date (if available).
• Up to 3 days before the workshop → 50% refund or option to transfer your spot to a future workshop.
• Less than 48 hours before the workshop → No refund. You may, however, transfer your spot to a friend at no additional cost.

2. No-Shows

• If you do not attend the workshop and haven’t notified us, no refund or credit will be issued.

3. Workshop Cancellation by Us

• In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll have the choice between:
• A full refund
• Or a free transfer to another available workshop date.

4. Special Note

We keep our groups small and personal to create a cozy, creative atmosphere. A late cancellation often means we cannot fill your spot, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation 💛
