This unique triathlon features:
🛶 7-mile paddle on the Conemaugh River
🚴‍♂️ 15-mile bike ride from Saltsburg to the Conemaugh Dam
🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 5K run along the scenic West Penn Trail

Race solo or pull together a team of 2-3 participants and take on the challenge together! Solo racers must be at least 15 years old. Participants ages 12–14 may compete as part of a team, provided they do not complete the paddle segment on their own. E‑bikes are not permitted.

Registration closes at 1 p.m. on October 8, 2026.

Awards include:
🏅Top 3 male and female overall finishers in short and long boat classes
🏅Top 3 male and female finishers in short and long boat age group classes
🏅Fastest bike, paddle, and run awards will debut this year, recognizing top male and female finishers which include all participants

Overall award winners are not eligible for age group class awards
