Christmas Calm - Aromatherapy for Peace and Presence

A peaceful afternoon designed to soothe the senses and restore calm before Christmas.

The session begins with a gentle grounding meditation to help you settle, slow your breathing, and release the rush of the season. You’ll then explore the natural properties of essential oils and learn simple ways to use them to support calm, sleep, and balance through the busy days ahead.

Together we’ll blend soothing festive aromas and create three beautiful products to take home and enjoy:

A Roll-On Pulse Point Blend for calm in the chaos

A Pillow or Room Mist for sleep and serenity

A Festive Bath or Foot Soak for grounding and stillness

We’ll end with twenty minutes of complete calm — time to rest, breathe, and simply be — surrounded by the soft scent of the blends you’ve made.

All materials are provided, and no experience is required.

Price: £35 per person
Duration: Approx. 2 hours
