Moving between 3 venues in Shipley the tour brings together art in public space, photography and documentary practice, offering new perspectives on the people and stories that shape Bradford’s landscape today.Itinerary 15:00 – Salts WorksWe begin the tour at Salts Works, home of the People Powered Press, for a special preview of Bad & Beautiful. Learn how this monumental letterpress mural was made, from the design process to the community writing workshops that inspired it. Hear from the team about their unique approach to socially engaged printmaking and their mission to celebrate Bradford’s voices in bold typographic form.15:45 – Walk to Fourth Idea StudiosTake a short walk (around 10 minutes) together to the next venue, led by the OUR TURN team, a chance to chat informally and reflect on what you’ve seen so far.16:00 – Fourth Idea StudiosAt Fourth Idea, we’ll explore Mucky Beck with artist Louie Haslam-Chance. Louie will share the stories and experiments behind this evocative photographic series,  including his use of sustainable processes and collected beck water in the darkroom. Discover how analogue image-making becomes a form of environmental care and a way to reconnect with overlooked parts of the city.16:45 – Walk to Go BowlingWe’ll then make another short 10-minute walk to our final stop, Go Bowling in Shipley, guided once more by OUR TURN.17:00 – Go BowlingOur final visit takes us to The Pursuit for the Perfect Game with artist Joshua Hart. Set within the vibrant atmosphere of a working bowling alley, this project blends sport, nostalgia and identity.
