I am a Tao Tantric Arts and Qi Gong facilitator. Having completed a deep dive into the Tao Tantra Arts Facilitator training with Minke DeVos and Shashi Soluna, I discovered the power of the practices of Tao Qi Gong and modern Tantra as a perfect balance to blend the energies of the wisdom of nature with our own inner alchemy to cultivate a deep connection to health and wellbeing and enhance the cultivation of sexual energy. I have completed a Trauma Informed training for Tantra Professionals that has deepened my ability to hold a safe space of awareness for deep release and have tools to welcome transformation and renewed vitality and offer one on one Tao Tantric healing sessions for women. To welcome the transformations of the season I will offer a spring Tao qi gong practice to harmonize and nourish the energies and emotions related to this time of year as well as a Tantra practice that will bring new vitality, healing and break through with somatic release and breath work.
