It's an honour to welcome Vaidya Matheus Macêdo, to Canada for the first time to lead the Agni Protocol, a holistic Ayurvedic detox designed to cleanse and rejuvenate body and mind.

Over four days, you’ll immerse yourself in the foundational teachings of Ayurveda and the Four Pillars of Health, exploring simple self-care routines, nature-supported cleansing practices, mindful movement, nourishing vegan meals, and moments of silence to reset your system. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Salt Spring Island, this retreat offers a gentle space to realign with the natural rhythms of spring.

🌟 About the Facilitators
Vd. Matheus Macedo – Ayurvedic doctor, founder of Vida Veda, Dr. Integra, and ConVIDA; the first Brazilian with a BAMS degree; currently completing a Master’s and clinical residency at ITRA in India.

Yoga: Ishwarya Chaitanya – International teacher trained in Hatha Yoga, yoga therapy, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bharatanatyam, and Vedanta.

Movement: Maria Marquez – Facilitator of MEC Workshops (Movement, Expression & Connection), blending modern dance, yoga, somatics, and expressive movement to support authentic embodiment.
