Yoga on the Patio

Join us Sunday mornings for a peaceful start to your week with outdoor yoga on the patio. Stretch, breathe, and unwind in the fresh air—no experience necessary! Just bring your mat and a water bottle. All are welcome!

About the class::

Edie will be teaching an energetic vinyasa style yoga class, incorporating breathwork & somatic movement. The focus of this series is to create space within the body by simply coming back to the basics, breath to movement. This hour long sequence will give you some reprieve from your fast pace lifestyle & reinvigorate you to be able to show up more authentically in your daily life, as well as connect you with other like minded individuals!

My name is Edie & I created Born Again Bold with the intention to build more community based around self empowerment, healing & creative self expression. I teach yoga, facilitate breath work, host retreats/events & perform as a singer songwriter!
