Our earliest experiences create invisible patterns that influence how we relate to ourselves, others, work, creativity, love, money, and purpose. While these patterns often begin as strategies for belonging and survival, they can quietly become limitations that keep us from fully expressing who we are meant to be.

In this experiential workshop, participants will explore the hidden forces that shape identity through the lens of Jungian psychology, archetypes, and the Archetypal Family Field™ framework.

Through reflection, guided visualization, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will explore:

The invisible family patterns that influence identity and behavior

How early experiences shape our beliefs about ourselves and the world

The Mother and Father archetypes within and their influence on emotional grounding, confidence, and self-trust

The voice of inner authority and how to strengthen it

The creative wisdom of the Magical Child archetype—the source of imagination, possibility, and authentic expression

How to begin releasing inherited roles, expectations, and limiting narratives

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the unconscious patterns shaping their lives and practical insights for reconnecting with their authentic nature, creativity, and inner wisdom.

This workshop is designed for anyone seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, creativity, and a deeper connection to their true self.
