I was so disappointed. The music by DJ Ruxpin was mostly hip hop. The kids who enjoyed hip hop didn’t start showing up until after 10 pm. My suggestion is to play 1920’s & 30’s jazz the first hour, 40’s & 50’s the second, 60’s & 70’s jazz & pop the third, 80’s & 90’s jazz & pop the fourth, 2000’s & 2010’s jazz, pop, & hip hop the fifth hour, and whatever you want the last hour. Also, some dance instruction is needed. If you don’t at least demonstrate a country music two-step, don’t play any country music. Everyone that I met came to dance and could dance.
