Can lucid dreaming become a tool for healing, insight, and transformation?About this EventIn this don't-miss experiential workshop, internationally recognized lucid dreaming expert Robert Waggoner will explore how experienced lucid dreamers have used lucid dreams to promote emotional healing, personal growth, and even physical well-being. Drawing on decades of experience, Robert will examine both the scientific research surrounding lucid dreaming and compelling case examples that illustrate what may be possible when we consciously engage with the dreaming mind.Participants will explore the factors that appear to support meaningful change through lucid dreaming, as well as common misconceptions about attempting to "control" dreams.
