Interstellar Sound Bath with Doug at Vitalize

A one-hour sound bath featuring the relaxing and inspiring music of Doug Knaphus. Take an interstellar journey inward and you relax in a field of nebulas and projected stars. Our journey will include a guided meditation, music of singing bowls, Native American Flutes, duduk, vocals, chanting & mantra, accompanied by the sounds of nature. All within the peaceful and restorative walls of Vitalize Community Studio.

The event will last for 60 minutes. Please arrive early to check in, settle in, and get ready.
