Depth Workshop: Rooted in the Wild: Dreaming with the Living Earth

IMPORTANT NOTE: This workshop will begin in the morning in the nature of our Wasatch Mountains and will move early afternoon to Full Circle Yoga & Therapy for warm indoor integration.

This is a unique opportunity--We've asked Rebecca to construct her workshop this way in order to give us a *real * experience of the deep Jungian soul work that she leads worldwide.

Spend the morning in the Wasatch Mountains, where aspens shimmer and rivers sing, listening for the wisdom of the living Earth. Through guided nature practices, imaginal journeys, and embodied reflection, we will cultivate kinship with the land and root its teachings in body, dream, and soul. Together we will explore how outer landscapes and inner landscapes reflect and transform one another, revealing the guiding intelligence of the living Earth and calling us into deeper belonging. The day will also include time indoors for integration, reflection, and embodiment, weaving together the outer landscapes of nature and the inner landscapes of dream and soul.

10:00 arrive at local Wasatch front location (TBA) for morning in nature with Rebecca

1:30– 5:00 pm: Come together at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy for integration

About our Workshop Facilitator:

Rebecca Wildbear, M.S., is the author of Wild Yoga: A Practice of Initiation, Veneration & Advocacy for the Earth (New World Library, 2023). A wilderness and soul guide for over two decades, she helps people listen to the mysteries that live within the Earth community, dreams, and their own wild nature. She is the founder of Wild Yoga, a nonprofit dedicated to weaving yoga, imagination, and ecological consciousness into a path of transformation. Rebecca’s work invites seekers into an intimate conversation with Earth and soul, guiding them across life’s thresholds into deeper belonging.
