You'll also learn some refined sides to bring to the table this holiday season as you prepare a light and bright Christmas Couscous, Caramelized Shallot and Goat Cheese Tartlettes, Shrimp Oreganata (with breadcrumbs, lemon and parsley) on Pasta, and Strawberries with Balsamic. Dinner will be served with a wine pairing for guests 21 and over, and a non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider will also be served.~ ~~About the LocationThis class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.
