Ready to enter into the world of running but feeling too out of shape or lack experience? Or maybe it's just been a long time.

About this Event

Ready to enter into the world of running but feeling too out of shape or lack experience? Or maybe it's just been a long time. Either way, the Couch to 5k group is designed to help people transition into running. Join other future runners just like you at each session where you will be taught and encouraged by one of our fantastic SLRC coaches. Workouts will be 30-45 minutes of walking progressing to running and include 10-15 minute of core work.

Tues and Thurs @ 6:00pm @ Salt Lake Running Co 700 east location, Liberty and Sugarhouse Parks
Program runs Tuesday, April 22nd - July 10th, 2025
