Thanksgiving Day: Sweat, Flow, and Give Thanks
Start your Thanksgiving Day with a fun and challenging 30 minute sweat circuit, followed by a 60 minute gratitude flow with ample time for deep stretching and relaxation. By the end of this 90 minute class you'll be worked-out, stretched-out, and ready for a feast with family and friends.
This is a donation-based class with proceeds going to buy school supplies for local elementary schools. Suggested donation: $15. Pre-registration required.
