Rooms for sleeping are shared and include bunks with mattresses. Participants bring their own bedding. There are more bunks than we need for the retreat, so extra mattresses are available at the centre if you wish to use two mattresses.Facilities include shared washrooms with showers. Meals are provided and cooked onsite.Although July can be warm, it may also be chilly.
