If you're worried you can't "keep up," the class is mindfully designed to offer options for each exercise, from super beginner to rockstar. It's really for everyone. My 70-something dad can do it, so can you!!

*If you have injuries or ailments, please reach out to me ahead of time for a free consult.*

City bylaws require these classes to be offered free of charge. The class itself is free. Good karma is always welcome.
