- **Event Description**: We're returning for our second event, Holding Space with the Herd! 

Join Courtney and Bree for a day of gentle reconnection to the body. Gathering together for a day out in nature, and with the guided support of horses, we explore how to tune into the messages from the body to better understand our health, our intuition, and ourselves. All with the underlying understanding that our body is not our enemy, it is always trying to communicate with us and look after us the best it can. And, when we can learn to listen to these messages, we open up opportunities for deeper healing, and self-compassion.

The day will weave together techniques and tools that can be modified for use in day to day life, providing you support not just for one day, but every day. We will add in Equine Facilitated Learning and gentle forest meditations to help your system absorb the teachings of the day.

No prior horse experience necessary.

When: Saturday June 20th, 11:00am - 5:00pm

Where: Address to be provided when you register and submit payment

What to Bring: Lunch, Water, Tea, Journal (if you enjoy journaling and taking notes). Wear comfortable clothes, dress to be outside, close toed shoes are required.
