Wednesday evening Group Mat Pilates Class
Join us for our group mat Pilates class at the lovely Antrobus House in Amesbury each Wednesday evening.
Enjoy 60 minutes of a socially distanced mat Pilates class. The class is designed to help you become fitter and stronger from within using a range of dynamic Pilates moves originally created by Joseph Pilates.
This class has a strong focus on overall body and core strength, using the Pilates principles of Breathe, concentration, precision, flow, centring and control.
This class is open to all abilities, albeit the complete beginner or the seasoned Pilates lover.
