We’re offering hands-on training sessions at 1 pm and 2 pm Wednesday, May 20, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Hallowell A (located downstairs, enter through the Frank B. Hanna Main Entrance). These sessions are free, and all participants will receive a complimentary Stop the Bleed Kit to take home.

You’ll learn how to quickly recognize life-threatening bleeding and master simple, proven techniques like applying direct pressure and using tourniquets. No medical background is required — just a willingness to step up and help in a critical moment.
