Stepping On - FREE Falls Prevention Workshop

Stay steady and stay safe! Join MAC for a free, evidence‑based Stepping On workshop designed to help adults 65+ reduce their risk of falls and build confidence in everyday activities.
Each year, 1 in 4 older adults experiences a fall, but many of these falls can be prevented. Over seven weekly sessions, participants learn practical strategies to improve strength, balance, and mobility. Stepping On has been proven to reduce falls by 31%.
