David Paul Gillespie is an Oregon-born singer-songwriter residing in Concord, North Carolina. David spent his twenties as a trombonist and guitarist for hire in Oregon, gigging with bands playing funk, ska, blues, jazz, and rock. Now, David writes and performs original music throughout the Charlotte area, combining the earnestness and introspection of singer-songwriter music with the driving rhythms and dynamics of alternative rock.
