Join us for a deeply restorative exploration of how our inner waters shape our emotional and physical wellbeing.
 
In this experiential workshop, we’ll dive into the fascinating relationship between water, emotion, and fascia: the connective tissue network that holds us together. Drawing on the pioneering insights of Dr Masaru Emoto, Veda Austin, Dr Gerald Pollack, and the latest fascia research, we’ll explore how emotional energy can influence the body’s water matrix and create changes in posture, tension, and flow.
 
Through gentle education, reflection, and sound, you’ll learn how:

▫️Fascia is a living communication network that mirrors our emotional state.
▫️Emotional holding patterns can translate into physical tightness and structural imbalances.

◻️About Neil and Cindy
 
Neil Barker is an Acupuncturist and Spinal Therapist, and a retired yoga teacher who spent 28 years teaching and travelling in Asia. During that time, he was blessed to meet many high-level masters on the path. He now shares that wisdom in a down-to-earth and practical way. Neil’s teaching and personal practice currently focus on Spinal Flow Technique and breathwork.
 
Cindy Lin Barker began her yoga journey in 2002. Her calm and gentle teaching style helps students feel relaxed and comfortable. She combines her background in Western sports science with ancient Eastern knowledge to create balanced and accessible classes. Cindy teaches yoga and runs sound bath workshops. Cindy is currently training to become a Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapist, with the aim of helping people live healthier lives and feel more connected to themselves.
