A loving invitation to slow down, soften, and gently return to yourself.
‘Meditation Monday’ & ‘ TimeOut Tuesday’ are a space created with care — a place where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be held for a while. This 1-hour session is for men and women, for busy minds, tired hearts, and anyone longing for a moment of peace.

This is a small, intimate group of 6 people, allowing space to feel supported, seen, and gently held throughout the session.
We begin with gentle, calming music, chosen to help the body feel safe and supported. As the music plays, you’ll be guided through a soft body awareness practice, gently scanning through the body to invite relaxation, release held tension, and allow the body to soften naturally. This helps quiet mental chatter and signals to the nervous system that it is safe to rest, so relaxation doesn’t need to be forced — it simply unfolds.
You’ll be offered a self-heating eye mask, bringing soothing warmth to the eyes and face. Physically, this helps release tension and encourages deep relaxation. Mentally, it creates a sense of cocooning, allowing you to turn inward, disconnect from the outside world, and rest more deeply.
Together, we practice a “Be Here Now” meditation, gently guiding you inward. There is no pressure, no expectations — just an invitation to observe your thoughts and feelings as they arise, without judgement and without attachment.
Using the breath as a soft anchor, we return again and again to the here and now, helping the mind slow and the body settle. From this place, many experience a beautiful sense of spaciousness — a quiet emptiness that feels deeply calming, comforting, and blissful.

Even if you feel meditation “isn’t for you” — you are so welcome here. I was once that person too. I understand the restless mind, the doubt, the feeling of not being able to switch off — and I am now on the other side. You will be gently guided, supported, and met exactly where you are.
This is a space to:
• Slow down and breathe
• Feel safe, held, and supported
• Calm the nervous system
• Observe thoughts without attachment
• Reconnect with inner stillness
No experience needed. Just come as you are 🙌🏻💞
Please bring a comfortable cushion or yoga mat to sit on, so you can settle in and feel supported throughout the session.
You’re also very welcome to bring your own blanket if you’d like a little extra warmth and comfort while you rest.
