A full moon over the ocean is always mystical — and this one may glow red during a rare lunar eclipse. As the March Worm Moon rises filling our panoramic windows with silver light, enjoy a chef-curated four-course wine dinner inspired by the drama of the night sky – from the jewel tones of Beet Cured Scallop Crudo to the richness of Blood Moon Glazed Salmon and a luminous Blood Orange Cheesecake.
