6:45 PM – 7:00 PM --Arrive, mingle, light snacks/food/water provided. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.

7:00 PM – 7:05 PM -- Meeting begins. A few collective deep breaths to get us on the same page. Facilitator will give a brief overview of what C.A.P. is and hand out new member
forms.

7:05 PM – 8:00 PM -- Facilitator hands off meeting to teams for group agenda items if applicable. 

8:00 PM – 8:15 PM -- Individual needs and ideas. If new members would like to introduce themselves at this time, they are welcome to. Standing members are welcome to introduce as well. Everyone is welcome to present their ideas or individual needs. 

8:15 PM – 8:30 PM -- Breakout Session. This is a time to meet anyone you have not yet, provide assistance or ideas to those in need, general discussion.

8:30 PM -- Meeting ends. Any further discussion will convene at Shugs.
