Due to the nature of this class and the topics discussed, attendance is limited to participants aged 18 and over.

Time: All classes begin at 6 PM
Materials Provided: Each class includes a printed workbook.
What to Bring: A writing utensil and a journal or notepad if you’d like to take additional notes.
