- **Event Name**: Community Aid and Planning - November Meeting

- **Event Description**: Community Aid and Planning (C.A.P.) meetings are a monthly installment held at Mambo Grill & Tapas. 

The meeting will take place between 7-8:30, but you're welcome to arrive around 6:45 to mingle, grab a snack, drink, and a seat. You're welcome to bring a few snacks for yourself or to share, we try to have some available for everyone. Drinks are available for purchase at the bar. 

Itinerary : 

6:45 PM - Arrive. Mingle and grab snacks/drinks. 

7 PM - Meeting starts. We will discuss communal needs and ideas that we'd like to implement and then allow anyone who wishes to speak to introduce themselves, express any needs they currently have, or any offerings they'd like to share. While each individual is talking, we will remain quiet, respectful, and hold our solutions or questions for the end. 

8 PM - Breakout and discuss solutions, questions, ideas, etc. at our own pace. 

8:30 PM - Meeting Ends. 

If you can only stop in momentarily, that is perfectly fine. Notes will be taken throughout the meeting and the monthly email will recap what was discussed.

This is a non-religious, non-partisan space where everyone is welcome. 

The goal of C.A.P. is part mutual aid and part collective action to build a system that we can all benefit from. A way of living that improves the quality of life for ourselves and those around us.
