Our Sunday Runday PDS applies, which means:

- Paparazzi shots of you all in your looking good mode
- snacks along the way
- High chance of getting lost or missing a turn (just for Peter)
- maybe a snake, wallaby or some other Australian flora and fauna
- a steady chat pace with stops at intersections so no one is left behind. So you need to be happy with this
- stops to admire the view or for Row to catch her breath
- hiking hills with Purpose - unless you run up them and then you don’t rest at the top as we expect that if you are that fit you do a hill repeat ?
- you run at your own risk
- ensure you have enough fuel and water
- bring a First aid kit and snake bandage
- we have a well deserved cuppa at the end
