- **Event Description**: Immerse yourself for summer solstice in freeing the Divine Light hidden in all our shadows, especially our golden shadow. Our golden shadow is in brilliance we all have but fear sharing for fear of seeming boastful. 

In this pre-solstice retreat, we will explore radical acceptance of our inherent wholeness so we can let our lights shine as we creatively express them through dance/movement, art, and authentic sharing. 

This event will feature silent disco headsets so you can dance OR move outside or inside. The retreat venue is the magical Indigo Grace, a 22-acre ranch and retreat center in West Ann Abor. You need not be a dancer to attend. You could take an ecstatic walk in the woods, lie in the grass and rest, or move your body in any way it wants to the beats. The music takes an arc from slow to mild and upbeat and back down to restful. You can turn the headset off or leave it on.  It's all about authentically expressing what is true for you and your body in the moment. There will be an extended yoga nidra with special music to accompany.

Optional potluck feast afterward for all who want to join. Limited spaces due to the number of headsets. Costumes encouraged but not required. Costume parts provided as well as painting and art stations. Journaling materials sent ahead of time to help you explore the hidden spark in your shadows. There is a magical kernel of liveliness in all the parts of us we sometimes want to hide. Free the light in all of them to shine. Mark interested to receive more information.
