Allow your body to guide you with this transformative practice that involves intention setting and the empowerment of your own energetic settings.

This 60 minute session offers community and ritual preparing for the longest night of the year. Winter offers rest and renewal, invite it forward through intention setting and journaling. 

Location: Roots & Wings; in the Masonic Temple. 336 S Santa Fe

Refreshments will be served. This event is FREE! Donations accepted, but never expected. All donations go directly towards the maintenance and growth of Roots & Wings as a community resource towards mental health and wellness. 

Please bring what you need to get cozy- blanket and bolster/pillow recommended and a yoga mat/blanket if you got it! There will be limited supplies available.
