By caring for your nervous system from the inside out and connecting with a supportive community, you’ll create the space to SHINE—with more energy, clarity, and inner peace.
No experience necessary. Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Park in upper west lot to enter in upper west sanctuary of Salida First Presbyterian Church.
